Cut Above Salon Service Guarantee We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the two weeks after they were performed. Please keep in mind corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon. Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. Product Returns We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our skin and hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back as a return or exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. Product Home Care Care Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home.
